Product brief introduction

Full-servo High-speed Pleating Machine

Adopts full-servo angle adjustment, with a production speed of 150–300 pleats per minute. It is applicable to wood pulp paper, filter cloth, wire mesh, glass fiber cloth and other composite materials. The slitting blade precision reaches ±0.1mm. It supports M-type, W-type, V-type, low-pleat and custom pleating modes.

Full-automatic Cabin Filter Edge Banding Machine:

Fully automatic edge bonding and trimming production line. One operator can complete four-side edge bonding. The production cycle is stabilized at 12 seconds per piece.

Double-station Flipping Manual Edge Banding Machine:

Equipped with positioning function for edge strip feeding, enabling workers to complete edge bonding quickly and efficiently.

Six-station End cap Welding Machine:

Achieves high-speed simultaneous welding for upper and lower end caps, with a production cycle of 3–6 seconds per piece.
