Product brief introduction

1. HEPA Material

Manufactured by laminating high-stiffness, high-air-permeability polyester fiber support material with low-resistance water-electret PP melt-blown fabric via spray adhesive process. It achieves both high strength and superior performance, with filtration efficiency customizable per client requirements (F6-H14).

2. Carbon cloth

Matched with appropriate activated carbon particles (for VOC, acid and alkali removal) based on the client’s specific application conditions. It can also be compounded with functional materials such as MOFs or nano mineral crystals to form a filter material featuring high adsorption capacity, low resistance and high efficiency.

3. Non-woven Fabric Support Material

It is a nonwoven fabric made from polymers such as polyester (PET) or polypropylene (PP) through processes like wet-laid, spunbond or needle-punching, featuring high stiffness, excellent air permeability and tensile strength.
